TeamMomBot.AI Privacy Policy
(Website and email list) ยท Effective October 23, 2026
Who we are
TeamMomBot.AI is run by Luna Lane Labs, LLC [pending formation] (doing business as TeamMomBot.AI, DBA pending), a California limited liability company ("we," "us"). Questions or requests? Email [email protected].
This policy covers our website and our email list, including the free Team Parent Starter Kit. The TeamMomBot.AI Telegram bot will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
What we collect
- What you type: your email address, and nothing else. We don't ask for your name, your phone number, or anything about your kids. The form also asks you to tick a box confirming you're 18 or older. That box only lets the form go through; we don't store it.
- Which page you signed up on: our form tells MailerLite whether you joined from our home page or our Starter Kit page.
- What's recorded when you sign up: our email provider, MailerLite, records the IP address you signed up from, the IP address you confirmed from, and the date and time you confirmed. This is our proof that you asked to join.
- When you read our emails: MailerLite records when you click a link in one of our emails, such as the Starter Kit download link. MailerLite does this for every email it sends. We've turned off open tracking, so we don't record when you open an email.
- When you visit our website: our web host, Cloudflare (through its Cloudflare Pages service), processes standard technical information that your browser sends, such as your IP address and the page requested, so it can deliver the page and protect the site. We don't add cookies, analytics, or ad trackers of our own. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies to tell people from bots, and may ask your browser to report failed connections to it (network error reports). Our site can also be reached at teammombot.pages.dev, where these Cloudflare features follow Cloudflare's own default settings, which we don't control.
- What you type into the Starter Kit: nothing reaches us. The Starter Kit is a PDF you download. Anything you fill in, such as team names or snack dates, stays on your own device.
Why we collect it
- Your email: to send you the free Team Parent Starter Kit, then emails about TeamMomBot.AI: launch news, early access, and product updates.
- The signup details: to show that you confirmed your signup, and to know which page people sign up from.
- Link clicks: to see whether our emails are useful (for example, how many people downloaded the Kit), and to spot delivery problems.
- Website information: so Cloudflare can deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
We don't use any of this for advertising, and we don't add your email to anyone else's lists.
You confirm before you're added
After you sign up, MailerLite sends you a confirmation email. You're added to our list only after you click the link in that email. We then email you the Starter Kit. If you don't click, you won't get the Kit or any other emails from us.
About the free Starter Kit
The Team Parent Starter Kit is our thank-you for joining our email list. Here are the terms in plain words:
- What you give: your email address and the signup details described above. Nothing else.
- What you get: the Starter Kit (a PDF), emailed to you after you confirm, plus our emails about TeamMomBot.AI's launch, early access, and product updates.
- How to join: enter your email, confirm you're 18 or older, then click the link in our confirmation email.
- How to leave: unsubscribe anytime using the link in any of our emails, or email [email protected]. You keep the Kit. We don't charge anything, and we won't treat you differently for leaving or for using your privacy rights.
Adults only
Our website and email list are for adults 18 and over, meaning parents, guardians, and coaches. Kids and teens should not sign up, and please don't enter a child's email or any information about a child. If you believe a child has signed up, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.
We don't sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also don't give it to other companies for their own marketing. The only outside companies involved are the two service providers below.
Who helps us (service providers)
- MailerLite runs our email list and sends our emails, including the confirmation email and the Starter Kit email. Our signup form sends your details straight from your browser to MailerLite. MailerLite keeps them, along with the signup, confirmation, and link-click details above, on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. MailerLite stores data in data centers in the EU.
- Cloudflare hosts our website through its Cloudflare Pages service. It does not receive your signup. It processes visit information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site, on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare says it mainly stores data in the United States and Europe, and it serves pages from data centers around the world. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- If you confirm: we keep your email and signup details in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If we stop running the list, we'll delete it.
- If you unsubscribe: we keep your email marked as "unsubscribed" so we don't email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.
- If you never confirm: we delete your unconfirmed signup within 60 days.
- Website logs: we haven't set up any export of Cloudflare's request logs, so we don't receive or keep website logs ourselves. Cloudflare keeps limited log data about visits, mostly IP addresses, for a limited period under its own privacy policy and its data processing terms with us. Cloudflare doesn't publish a fixed period.
Unsubscribe or delete your data
- Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link. It works with one click, and we stop emailing you right away (always within 10 business days).
- Delete everything: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data." We'll delete your email and signup details from MailerLite within 45 days and confirm by email.
Your privacy rights (including California residents)
We're a small, new business. We likely don't yet meet the size thresholds that make California's main privacy law, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), apply to us. We offer these rights to everyone anyway:
- Know: ask what personal information we have about you, and get a copy.
- Delete: ask us to delete it.
- Correct: ask us to fix it if it's wrong.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: there's nothing to opt out of, because we don't sell or share your information.
- No penalty: we won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on our list, so we know it's you. We'll respond within 45 days.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track you across other websites, and we don't let other companies track you across sites through ours. So there's nothing for a browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We treat every visitor the same way, whether or not their browser sends one.

Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect.
